I focus on 3 main areas: Product, Tech, and Team. For Product, I help you figure out which features to develop (and which not to), why, how, and when. For Tech, I choose the right technology to make your company stable and long-lasting. For Team, I help you select the best talent (freelancers or employees) for your startup, creating a strong, fast, growth-oriented environment. And of course, I guide them through the development journey.
I mainly work with early-stage startups or more established companies. These organizations may or may not have an internal CTO, an existing team, or they can rely on my network of professionals. Generally, my clients have at least a €30-50k budget to invest in technology (not for me, but for the rest of the team).
I work with a maximum of three startups in parallel. This allows me to focus on delivering quality results for each project.
Generally, my engagements last from a minimum of 3 months up to 18 months, to build a solid foundation in terms of product, technology, and team. If you need lighter support, I can also work as an advisor for just one hour a week.
Yes, I've never stopped writing code. But it's not my main service: I only do it for clients in emergency situations. My priority is helping you build a successful startup.
Yes, I have a trusted network of freelancers I've selected over the years. I usually work alongside developers, designers, product managers, and other professionals. They can join from the start of the project, or be activated later based on needs.

If that happens, it's because we're doing a good job: it means the startup is growing. In that case, I help with the transition: I participate in selecting the new CTO, train them, and hand over effectively. If needed, I can also stay on as an advisor, so you don't lose continuity.
